Transform lets you apply AI to existing data in your sheets. Select a range of cells, choose a transformation (translate, clean data, expand abbreviations, etc.), and AI will process each cell. You can replace the original data or create new output in adjacent cells or a new sheet.
All Google Gemini models are free with generous usage limits. Gemma 3 27B is completely free with no limits. Other providers (OpenAI, Claude, DeepSeek, Perplexity) charge based on usage, but offer powerful capabilities.

Your prompts and API keys are securely sent to your selected AI provider (OpenAI, Gemini, DeepSeek, etc.) for generating responses. We do not log or retain any user data or API keys. Any generated responses from the AI model are displayed in your Google Sheets and are not stored by SheetPro AI.
3. Data Security
All communication between your device, SheetPro AI, and the AI provider is secured with HTTPS (TLS). We do not store any of your data on our servers, and we take all reasonable measures to ensure the security of the information that you send and receive through the Service.
4. Third-Party Services
SheetPro AI integrates with third-party AI providers such as OpenAI, Google Gemini, and DeepSeek. These third-party services may have their own privacy policies, and we encourage you to review them. We are not responsible for the practices or policies of these third-party services.
5. Data Retention
As mentioned, we do not store any data on our servers. The API keys you provide are stored locally in your Google Sheets environment. The data remains within your device, and it is only processed on the fly through your interactions with the Service.
